Bells in motion
Swinging bells, with motors or electromagnets
For swinging bells, the motor starts and stops the swing smoothly and precisely — with less stress on the bell tower.
Two technologies
Linear or rotary motor
- 01
Linear (electromagnetic) motor
No chains and no gears: silent and maintenance-free. The bell starts and stops smoothly, “as if a person were ringing it”, and can still be rung by rope.
- 02
Rotary motor
For large bells and bell towers that need it, with controlled acceleration and braking.
- 03
Survey and installation
We study the bell and the bell tower, recommend the right motor and take care of the whole installation.
- 04
Together with the automation
The motor connects to the bell-ringing controller, so the bell swings automatically according to the church’s schedule.
From survey to sound
We take care of everything
We can install swinging bells in your church — or wherever else they are needed — driven by an electric swing motor or by electromagnets. We take on the design, construction and installation in full, and guarantee a flawless sound.
The same bell can have both a motor and an electromagnetic striker: the bell-ringing controller automatically locks the striker while the bell is swinging, so that it cannot be damaged.
