A 4-line screen showing «ΑΜΕΣΗ ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ» (play now), «ΕΓΓΡΑΦΗ ΜΕΛΩΔΙΑΣ» (record melody), «ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ/ΤΑΧΥΤΗΤΑ» (duration/speed) and «ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜ.ΠΛΗΚΤΡΩΝ Μx» (program buttons Mx), with buttons E1–E4 beside it, up/down arrows, a «ΑΚΥΡΟ» (cancel) button and memory buttons M1–M12 (the booklet has no photo).

Ask the digital assistant

Ring a melody now: E1 «ΑΜΕΣΗ ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ» (play now)

  1. On the main screen there is a button E1–E4 next to each line. Press E1 «ΑΜΕΣΗ ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ» (play now).
  2. The screen shows the list of melodies; move through the list with the arrows (up/down).
  3. Press the button E1–E4 that is next to the melody you want.
  4. The screen shows the name, «ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ» (duration) and «ΤΑΧΥΤΗΤΑ» (speed), e.g. «22-DOXOLOG. 2 – ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ 00:22 – ΤΑΧΥΤΗΤΑ 5 – ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ».
  5. If you wish, change the duration with the arrows.
  6. Press E4 «ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ» (play) — the bells ring.

Change the melody on a button M1–M12

  1. On the main screen press E4 «ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜ.ΠΛΗΚΤΡΩΝ Μx» (program buttons Mx).
  2. The list M1 to M12 appears; move through it with the arrows.
  3. Press the E1–E4 next to the M button you want to change.
  4. The list of melodies appears; find the new melody with the arrows.
  5. Press the E1–E4 next to it — the melody is saved on the M button you chose.
  6. Write it on the page «ΜΕΛΩΔΙΕΣ: Μ1 = …» (melodies: M1 = …) of the booklet.

Melody duration and speed

  1. On the main screen press E3 «ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ / ΤΑΧΥΤΗΤΑ» (duration / speed).
  2. Find the melody with the arrows and press the E button next to it. The screen shows «ΟΝΟΜΑ ΜΕΛΩΔΙΑΣ» (melody name), «ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ» (duration), «ΤΑΧΥΤΗΤΑ» (speed), «ΑΠΟΘΗΚΕΥΣΗ» (save).
  3. Duration: press E2 and change it with the arrows (it goes up in steps as long as the melody, up to 59:59).
  4. Speed: press E3 and change it with the arrows from 1 to 9 (5 = normal; each step ±10%: 1 = 60%, 9 = 140%).
  5. Press E4 to save or «ΑΚΥΡΟ» (cancel) so that the change is not kept.

⚠ If you set the duration to 00:00, the melody will ring continuously.

Record a new melody

  1. On the main screen press E2 «ΕΓΓΡΑΦΗ ΜΕΛΩΔΙΑΣ» (record melody). The list of positions that can be rewritten appears.
  2. Find the position with the arrows and press the E button next to it. The controller waits — the screen shows e.g. «13- ΚΕΝΟΣ ΧΩΡΟΣ … Ε1 ΓΙΑ ΑΡΧΗ» (13 – empty space … E1 to start).
  3. Press E1 to start recording.
  4. Press E4 when you have finished.
  5. The screen shows «ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑ» (duration), «ΤΑΧΥΤΗΤΑ» (speed), «ΑΠΟΘΗΚΕΥΣΗ» (save).
  6. Press E4 to save or «ΑΚΥΡΟ» (cancel) to cancel the recording.

The booklet does not describe which buttons you use to ring the bells during recording — if you need help, contact the company.

⚠ Recording writes over the position you choose. In the MELODIO 2000 list, positions 13–16 are empty.

Power cut

  1. According to their technical specifications, the MELODIO 300 and 400 are not affected by power cuts.
  2. The Wi-Fi controller (if there is one) reconnects to the network by itself as soon as the power comes back — no new connection is needed.
  3. If something does not work after the power cut (e.g. the screen is off or it does not ring), contact the company.
  4. For the MELODIO 2000 and the new touch-screen controller, the instructions say nothing about power cuts — contact the company if you have a problem.

Change the time / date / summer time (MELODIO 300, 400, 2000)

  1. The instruction booklets of the MELODIO 300, 400 and 2000 have no clock and no time/date setting — these controllers ring when you press a button, the remote control or the phone.
  2. If the bells ring by themselves through the Wi-Fi app, the time of each ringing is set in the app’s «χρονόμετρο» (timer): delete the old schedule and create a new one with the right time.
  3. If you have the new touch-screen controller, see “New controller: Change the time” and “Summer / winter time”.
  4. If the bells ring automatically from another controller or a bell tower clock, contact the company.

Maintenance of the electromagnetic strikers (oiling)

  1. Every 3 or 4 months, oil the plungers of the electromagnetic strikers with machine oil.

⚠ This work is done up in the bell tower. If access is not safe or you are not sure, call the company to have the technician do it.
